Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
Authorize our application to access your Instagram data
Be at least 13 years of age
Not use the service for any illegal purposes

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Manipulate your follower count through fake accounts or bots
Attempt to game or exploit the leaderboard system
Use the Service to harass or harm other users
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
Violate Instagram's Terms of Service while using our platform

5. Public Leaderboard

By connecting your account, you consent to having your username, profile picture, follower count, and growth metrics displayed publicly on our leaderboard. You can remove your account from the leaderboard at any time by disconnecting your account.

6. Seasonal Competitions

Seasonal competitions are based on follower growth percentage during a defined period. Winners are featured on the homepage. We reserve the right to disqualify accounts that violate our terms or appear to have artificially inflated their metrics.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SocialMetrics and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

SocialMetrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of growth metrics or leaderboard rankings.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
